USE Efficiency

On June 1, 2009 the "USE Efficiency Project" successfully started, supported by the "Intelligent Energy – Europe" (IEE) Programme andcoordinated by the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
USE Efficiency is the acronym for "Universities and Students for Energy Efficiency".
The main actors of the Project, University students, will enable the attainment of the target:disseminating the best practices of energy rational using. To this aim, energy efficiency will be improved within Universities, new ad hoc academic courses will be added, and students will interact together as well as with professors and technicians. This kind of interaction is a fundamental step to succeed in their future job. Acting on students thus means to involve direct future market players, and to raise public awareness.
The Project involves 10 EU countries (9 Universities and 4 market players).
